Preparation and Testing of MR Fluid for Semi-automatic Suspension System
The scope of this project is to synthesize MagnetoRheological Fluid which sustains in a bike suspension setup. In simple terms, the viscosity of MR fluid changes in presence of a magnetic field, which can be used to change the stiffness of the suspension system depending on different road conditions. Video shows the test setup that measures and collects real-time data for further analysis. Arduino and MATLAB/ Simulink software were used to extract and analyze the data.
